At Benssper Farm, we ensure the highest quality standards in producing and packing our A2 Bilona Ghee. As this is a food and consumable product, refunds are not applicable once the product has been opened or used. Refund or replacement requests will only be considered in cases where the product received is damaged, leaked during transit, or incorrect. To process such requests, customers must provide a clear unboxing video as proof and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. The product must remain unused and in its original packaging. Once the request is reviewed and approved, a replacement or refund will be processed accordingly within 7 to 10 working days.
