Orders placed with Benssper Farm can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our facility. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted due to the perishable nature of A2 Bilona Ghee. Customers who wish to cancel their order must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
